Example of manufacturing of spare parts for chandeliers

Starting with the pictures and the measurements that the customer kindly provides us by email, we elaborate a careful free quote, after which the customer will send us the sample of the spare parts that he needs to reproduce, such as cup, leaves, arms etc.

The samples can also be broken, we attach them with a special glue

The customer's sample is crucial because some measurements, such as the curvature of a leaf or scroll, can only be the same as having the original piece in hand.

At the end of the process, the customer will have a piece exactly identical to the original sample, both will be shipped in one package to the address provided by the customer.

Reconstruction of the broken glass spare part for chandeliers, up to the creation of the new piece

We are a company that make chandeliers, mirrors and spare parts on direct customer request.
In this case I describe an example of broken leaf, in transparent and gold color.

As we see from the photos, our work begins with the process of rebuilding the broken leaf of the customer, it is attached with a special glue to reconstruct the right measurements and inclinations, after the new leaf is crafted artisanally.
In the end, the customer will have a leaf equal to his sample, taking into account that being blown glass ( that is a handmade product, not a mold), the measurements can be a few millimeters away from the original.
