The customer sample is necessary for the correct execution of each piece, since some measurements can be reproduced only with the sample in hand. The sample can also be broken.
All the spare parts, made of Murano blown glass, are handicraft products, and as such they always have a 10% tolerance in the measurements, since they are not made through the use of a mold.
